15.04.2025, stock has been zerod as it was not updating itself after each order. after orders: Zurrieq 90, Mellieha 80 and St Michael 50  and other orders stock remained at 225 which should have zero. It could also be that i (Elaine) inserted the wrong quantity when updating the system. After contacting the above SGs to reduce their quantities, quantity was 55. By end of day when all orders were processed, the system had 29 but Caroline confirmed that only 9 remained and therefore, i updated system again to 9. System updated to 0 stock since no more pin badges remain in the shop. An order was placed before the stock was updated and I had to refund them. The stock was automatically updated to x2 due to the refund, but in reality there are no more beret pin badges available.
